Theorem cbvex2
Rule used to change bound variables, using implicit substitution. Usage
of this theorem is discouraged because it depends on [ax-13]. Use the
weaker cbvex2v if possible. (Contributed by NM, 14-Sep-2003.)
(Revised by Mario Carneiro, 6-Oct-2016.) (Proof shortened by Wolf
Lammen, 16-Jun-2019.) (New usage is discouraged.)
